Hearth, oblong oval-shaped bread with fluffy crumb, surface is stabbed. This scalded, dark half-wheat bread is prepared following the ancient bread baking traditions.
Ingredients: flour – wheat and rye, water, sugar, fermented rye malt, iodized salt, caraway seeds, yeast, malts – barley and wheat, thickener guar gum, emulsifier mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, preservative calcium propionate, enzymes.
